This time we selected Horto in Milano. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hortorestaurant.com\/en\/\">https:\/\/hortorestaurant.com\/en\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It might be a zero waste restaurant in a completely green building, but interestingly enough all the food is sourced within an hour\u2019s drive of the restaurant to reduce the carbon footprint and help the local farmers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is a lot more wonderful things about this place of which the very least is their Michelin star.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\"
