It is woman owned and operated, and the menu is very seasonal and plant forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just one example: one of the wine pairings was from a small producer that makes organic mead champagne in the process of protecting a rare endangered bee species. She does not even use smoke with the bees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was truly a memorable experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.datil-restaurant.fr\/en-us\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.datil-restaurant.fr\/en-us<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>We&#8217;re delighted to have you with us today.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>We are Manon, Laur\u00e8ne, C\u00e9line, Lisa, H\u00e9loise, Juliette, Ad\u00e8le, Charis, Jordan, Valentine, Frederikke, Louis, Louise and Manon.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>We share a relentless passion for the good and the beautiful as well as a full-blown taste for happiness. Ours and yours.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Our producers are the unsung heroes of our team. Yet, we know their faces, their personalities, their boundaryless commitment. Because they tell us about the to meet them, you could listen to their voices in a remote corner of this place.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>For us, a restaurant cannot function without sharing generosity and joy.
