Invitation
In 2011, when we got married, our very good friends from Germany gave us a wonderful wedding present:
A week in Provence.
After dealing with health issues for two years, we are finally ready to go. We are leaving on Monday.
Packing
All of that, and more, not only has to fit into two suitcases, but also weigh less than 50 pounds each.
Do they give sainthood for miracles like these…?

Delayed
We headed for the runway waiting for our turn to take off, when we turned around and parked out in the middle of nowhere. Noise in the baggage compartment, to be investigated.
They could not find it there, so then they moved us back to a gate. No one is allowed off while they are looking.
2hr delay. So far…
And we are stuck in here
Germany
Finally made it!! A 2 hour delay and we are now here. Thank you Gaby for picking us up at the airport. No issues going through security and now we are on the Autobahn heading to our home for the next few weeks.
Home
After an exciting journey down the Autobahn, we finally made it home.
Now for a light lunch and then a quick nap…
Shopping
We had a nap, a much much needed shower, and now we are off shopping.
First, a furniture store looking for a clothes hanger. Well, we found an orange princess in a royal chair, a irange Waldo hiding, an an angel with a very bright halo.
