We had a wonderful evening out in Johannesburg. Went to this great sushi restaurant called ‘KOI’ and ate … not meat!
Tomorrow we head back to Cape Town.

We stopped for brunch at this nice resort on the Crocodile River overlooking Kruger.
Our last view of the park.
Some of our last sightings along the road as we leave Kruger.
Bye.
It was a magical time!
We went on a night safari. What a fun experience!
Once the sun sets, we had strong spotlights that we shine into the bush as the driver speeds along. The idea is that you look for a reflection of eyes, yell out, he stops and then we all look.
This was our last night and since our luck was still holding, we were able to spot the most elusive of the big five: the leopard!

Back in camp and we went for a walk along the Rhino Trail. Did not see any rhinos though…
Did see a little buck, a rhino skull and bat houses.
Always enjoy seeing the Warthogs!
They always seem so happy and busy.

Then we came across these pretty kitties. The two cheetahs were just sitting in the shade next to the road. We watched them until they sauntered off and disappeared in the grass.
