Lunch at the nice Italian restaurant. Food was so good!!
Stopping at Roland's pharmacy to pick up the roof carrier for the trip to Provence. Need somewhere to put all that wine!
Cool older building in town
Pieter thinks it is winter here. Actually, it is the same temp as our Florida winter.

Lunch, finally!
We went to a very local Frankfurt restaurant for lunch. Only locals inside with a great menu, all in German of course.
This place is known (famous?) for their Apple Wine, as well as Green Sauce. The Apple Wine is definitely an acquired taste, but the Green Sauce was AMAZING!
Since we are in Frankfurt, Pieter had to have a frankfurter for lunch. Of course.
After our walk through town we needed some 'energy' to get to our river cruise… a block away!
The cruise on the Franfurt am Main was a very nice relaxing experience. It was a beautiful day for it too, made even better by a nice bottle of crisp white wine.
This church has a long and illustrous history. This is where the first constitution was signed that combined all the German principalities into modern Germany.
It was completely destroyed during the second World War and then rebuilt.
It is not used as a church anymore, but is still used as a public building. The annual German book prize also gets handed out here.
